 The water level is a little low. 

The barge doesn't seem to want to move.

I will see in the A.M. if they succeeded. They use the

tug boat to stir up the river bottom hoping to create a deep enough path for the barge,

The wall seems to be continuing on. How far it is suppose to go and any aesthetic pleasantries

I don't have any idea. I have not made any friends with the workers this year. During the building

removal last year, I had a few great contacts with the workers.
